The Diagnostic Assessment

At THE TUTORING CENTER we specialize in helping children master academic skills, get better grades, achieve higher standardized test scores, and gain the confidence, motivation, and concentration necessary to succeed. Before you enroll in one of our programs, we conduct a Diagnostic Assessment that quickly and accurately pinpoints your child's strengths and weaknesses and the skills needed for improvement. We then develop a personalized program and then give your child the finest instruction possible in a positive, fun, and caring environment. We are so confident that you will use us for all your tutoring needs that we don't charge you for this valuable Diagnostic Assessment.

Because of the large numbers of Diagnostic Assessments that we give year after year, we have developed extensive educational research that indicates:

Children below grade level or with weak academic skills in reading, math, or writing tend to stay below grade level unless serious intervention is taken; and children that are 6 months to 1 year ahead of grade level in the primary academic skills have the greatest chance for success in school.

Therefore, we will move quickly to let you know what we can do to help. After the Diagnostic Assessment is completed, you will be provided with a comprehensive report outlining your child's strengths and weaknesses and an intervention plan to ensure a permanent solution to your child's difficulties. Again, there is no charge for this comprehensive report or consultation.
