Completing the Pre-Qualification Form
is Step #1 in the process of acquiring a franchise from THE TUTORING CENTER.
Our Franchise Development Program is designed much like our educational programs, so that you know exactly what to
expect before, during, and after you purchase your franchise. The following is a short description of the Franchise
Development Program:

- Step #4: Receive UFOC and Franchise Questionnaire
- Step #5: Complete and Return the Franchise Questionnaire
- Step #6: Visit THE TUTORING CENTER’s Training Facility
- Step #7: Franchise Agreement Signed
The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Form is to quickly pinpoint
your interest, to determine if you meet our minimum qualifications and standards. If you are selected for ownership, this
form will also help us to begin to develop your personalized training program. If you are awarded a Franchise, we want your
career with us to be a rewarding experience. We look forward to the opportunity of working together to create a more
